Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Mindray”) is a global medical device manufacturer founded in 1991 by Li Xiting, Xu Hang, and Cheng Minghe and currently listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under code 300760. The company operates across three business lines—Patient Monitoring & Life Support, In-Vitro Diagnostics, and Medical Imaging—and today has more than 21,000 employees, over 60 subsidiaries, and commercial presence in more than 190 countries and regions. Key corporate milestones include an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2006 (ticker MR); the 2008 acquisition of Datascope’s patient monitoring business (approximately US$202–209 million); the 2013 acquisition of ultrasound company ZONARE (approximately US$101.7 million); a 2016 going-private transaction with delisting from the NYSE; and a 2018 relisting on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (ChiNext, 300760). Recent strategic moves include the 2021 agreement to acquire Finnish IVD supplier HyTest (approximately €545 million), the acquisition of a 75% stake in Germany’s DiaSys Diagnostic Systems between 2023 and 2024, and steps initiated in 2024 to assume control of APT Medical in the cardiovascular devices segment (approximately CNY 6.65 billion / US$927 million). Shanghai Aohua Photoelectricity Endoscope Co., Ltd. (“Aohua Endoscopy”) is a Shanghai-based manufacturer of electronic and flexible endoscopic equipment and related consumables, founded in 1994 (founder Kang Gu) and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market under ticker 688212 since November 15, 2021, when it raised about ¥750 million (~US$117.5m) in its IPO. Its portfolio spans video endoscopy systems, GI and respiratory flexible endoscopes, peripheral equipment, and endoscopic diagnostic/surgical consumables, and it has pursued partnerships such as a 2017 joint venture with Pentax Medical to co-develop flexible endoscopy products for emerging markets. The company describes itself as a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and global sales.

Shenzhen Prunus Medical Co., Ltd. (“Prunus Medical”) is a Chinese medical equipment manufacturer founded in 2007 and headquartered in Shenzhen, focused on ICU and perioperative solutions—including ventilators, anesthesia workstations, medical air compressors, monitors/infusion pumps, portable ultrasound, and consumables. The company reports an international presence in 100+ countries/regions, R&D centers in Shenzhen, Stockholm, Singapore, and Toronto, and designation as a WHO brand for anti-pandemic supplies. Its “Boaray” portfolio integrates OEM capnography/multigas modules from Masimo, and its consumables line—stemming from the acquired Biosensors subsidiary—is promoted with CE and FDA approvals. Prunus also participates in major industry fairs such as MEDICA 2025 (Hall 11, C21).

Shenzhen Comen Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (“Comen”) is a Shenzhen-based medical device manufacturer founded in 2002 and headquartered in Guangming District; it sells into 190+ countries through more than 40 branches and focuses on critical-care and perioperative solutions. Its portfolio spans patient monitoring, anesthesia and respiratory care, infant care, surgical lights and operating tables, and smart OR/information systems. Notable regulatory milestones include multiple FDA 510(k) clearances for multi-parameter patient monitors (e.g., C30 in 2018 and NC10/NC12 in 2022). Comen also partners with leading technology suppliers such as Masimo for noninvasive monitoring components and has received international design recognition for products including the X8 Pro anesthesia workstation and V-series ventilators

Nanjing Perlove Medical Equipment Co., Ltd

Nanjing Perlove Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Perlove Medical”) is a China-based manufacturer founded in 2003 in Nanjing that integrates R&D, production, sales, and after-sales for X-ray imaging equipment and orthopedic surgical robots; its portfolio includes surgical C-arms, DR/DRF systems, general radiography, dental CBCT, and navigation/robotics solutions, with products supplied to customers in 100+ countries. Quality and management milestones include ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 certifications in 2005 and subsequent TÜV approval of its management system. Internationally, the company holds FDA 510(k) clearances such as the PLX5200A diagnostic X-ray system (K212134, 2021) and authorization K243411 (interventional fluoroscopic X-ray system, 2025). In March 2024, the PLD9600 dynamic-panel DRF series obtained CE certification under the EU MDR, which the company announced as the first MDR certification for DRF in China.

(“Pukang Medical”) is a Chinese manufacturer founded in 1996 in Baoding (Hebei), specializing in hospital furniture and equipment—such as electric and manual beds, ICU beds, operating tables, stretchers, carts, and ward furnishings—with an annual production capacity of around 200,000 units and a reported footprint across more than 6,000 hospitals in China and 110+ countries/regions; it holds ISO 9001 and EN ISO 13485 certifications (scope: design, manufacture, and distribution of hospital bed systems, operating tables, and ward furniture), as well as CE markings on its main products, and operates from Dongshiduan Town, Xushui District, Baoding, Hebei, China.

China Isotope & Radiation Corporation (CIRC).

Currently, China Isotope & Radiation Corporation (CIRC) is our partner financing the purchase of medical equipment. CIRC, a controlled subsidiary of CNNC, has operated since 1983 integrating R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization of nuclear-medicine solutions and medical equipment, and has been listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since July 6, 2018 (stock code 1763). In recent years, beyond producing radiopharmaceuticals and radioactive sources, CIRC has built a commercial arm that sells nuclear-medical equipment, provides maintenance services, and offers trading/import services for hospitals and partners—including trade services for imported sources and nuclides, imported radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear instruments and devices, medical equipment, and import-agency sales. In 2024, the company reported RMB 912.5 million in sales of nuclear-medical equipment and RMB 801.7 million in sales of medical devices (traded items), while the “nuclear medical equipment and related services” segment totaled RMB 1.223 billion, growing 31% year over year
